Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with executive teams to build adaptive business strategies
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend briefs published in industry journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in human-centered design and speculative futures methodologies
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and design methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Portfolio of published trend reports or innovation frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research methods
