- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and future-state roadmapping
- Author quarterly trend reports and predictive models with 95%+ accuracy benchmark
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation with R&D teams
- Represent the firm at Davos, CES, and premier future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with demonstrable client impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in trend methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir) and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-shaping initiatives implemented by enterprise clients
