Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map emerging trends and disruptors through 2026+
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate-tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align corporate strategy with future market opportunities
- Direct scenario-planning workshops for product development and market entry strategies
- Build and maintain global ecosystem partnerships with startups, academia, and thought leaders
- Present future impact narratives to stakeholders, investors, and industry conferences
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight (e.g., HBR, MIT Tech Review)
- Proficient in futures methodologies: horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and system dynamics modeling
