Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, sustainability, and socio-economic domains
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and strategic adaptation
- Author thought leadership content published in industry journals and media platforms
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist practice
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotechnology, climate resilience, or quantum computing
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or University of Strathclyde)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and public forums
- Published work in leading innovation or futurism publications
