- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Produce annual foresight reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts and innovation partners
- Integrate sustainability and ethical foresight into all strategic planning processes
- Advise on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial applications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex foresight projects for Fortune 500 companies
- Ability to synthesize multidisciplinary data into compelling narratives
