- Facilitate C-level innovation workshops to build organizational foresight capabilities
- Author trend reports and scenario analyses for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ innovation initiatives implemented
