Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with 2026+ impact (e.g., quantum computing projects)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
