Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that provide competitive advantages.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Oversee the Research & Development (R&D) of emerging tech stacks, including AI integration and Quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept implementations for disruptive technologies.
- Establish security and compliance standards for future technology integrations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their application in enterprise solutions.
- Experience with or strong interest in Quantum Computing architectures and next-gen hardware.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices design.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (PhD preferred).
