- Lead Agentic AI Integration: Spearhead the development of autonomous AI agents that optimize enterprise workflows and customer experiences.
- Ethical Technology Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI usage across all projects.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Market Trend Analysis: Continuously research emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Neuromorphic Computing) and evaluate their potential for integration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or AI/ML systems design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Architecture Skills: Proven track record of designing high-availability, distributed systems.
