In this pivotal role, you will act as our internal futurist, analyzing emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Reality to build a roadmap that defines our product ecosystem for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) to prototype next-generation solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitive landscapes and technological disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future-proof architectures into current projects.
- Advocate for innovation and secure resources for experimental tech projects.
- Present strategic vision and prototypes to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, R&D, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging disruptive technologies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term strategic planning.
- Familiarity with current AI models and projected advancements for 2026.
