Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for next-gen technologies, ensuring readiness for the 2026 tech landscape.
- System Design: Design and implement complex, distributed system architectures using cloud-native technologies.
- Innovation Management: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum computing concepts, Edge computing) and integrate them into our ecosystem.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of high performance and forward-thinking.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic requirements into executable technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and drive innovation in ambiguous environments.
