Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies such as AGI, advanced quantum computing, and sustainable energy grids.
- System Architecture: Design high-scale, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for security, scalability, and code quality across all development teams.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to validate futuristic technologies before full-scale implementation.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless computing.
