Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Architect and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, identifying emerging trends such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Decentralized Finance.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for the board of directors and global investors.
- Innovation Management: Lead the evaluation and integration of disruptive technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- R&D Oversight: Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions that align with our long-term vision.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI development and data privacy in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to predict shifts in the market and pivot strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the tech industry, with at least 5 years in a C-level or Senior Director capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and executing on them successfully.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech stacks relevant to 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
