Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines and algorithms.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize models for production scalability, latency, and accuracy.
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Deep Learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a data science or machine learning role.
