Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large enterprise clients, ensuring high retention and expansion.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify upsell opportunities and revenue growth targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client escalations, resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams to refine our offering based on user feedback.
- Develop and execute onboarding plans to drive rapid product adoption.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on customer health and engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and retention goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support our global client base.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
