Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening and weekend hours.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and speed.
- Process sales transactions, handle returns, and manage cash registers efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends (including holidays) as needed.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
