Responsibilities
- Execute complex beverage orders with precision and artistic flair
- Mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques and customer engagement
- Source and maintain premium coffee beans and equipment
- Develop seasonal menu innovations using local ingredients
- Manage inventory with meticulous attention to freshness and quality
- Train staff on sustainable practices and waste reduction

Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with latte art certification
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to train and lead barista teams
- Experience with high-volume espresso operations
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handler's Permit and ServSafe certification
