Responsibilities
- Architect and implement highly scalable microservices for the Project 2026 platform using Go and Rust.
- Design and optimize complex database schemas (PostgreSQL & Redis) to handle petabyte-scale data ingestion.
- Ensure system observability, logging, and alerting across distributed clusters.
- Lead technical strategy discussions to define the roadmap for API evolution and feature releases.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to deliver seamless, real-time data visualization experiences.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in backend software engineering, with a focus on high-performance systems.
- Deep proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python, along with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Extensive experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong grasp of distributed systems principles, CAP theorem, and eventual consistency.
- Experience with GraphQL and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) is highly desirable.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
