Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Lead the architecture of MLOps pipelines to ensure model scalability and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product roadmaps.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and reduce latency.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global data regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying AI models into production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, optimization techniques, and big data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
