Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved accuracy, latency, and throughput.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and performance analysis of AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the AI research group.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and implement cutting-edge methodologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (3+ years of relevant industry experience).
- Extensive experience in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
