Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for large-scale generative models and predictive analytics systems.
- Lead the research and development of novel machine learning algorithms optimized for edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing software ecosystems.
- Ensure data integrity, model performance, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed systems.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and production-grade MLOps pipelines.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Demonstrated success in deploying AI models at scale in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning paradigms.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
