Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Year 2026 product suite, aligning with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of high-scale, distributed systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing, Quantum-ready architectures) to drive competitive advantage.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and conduct architectural reviews to ensure code quality and scalability.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Establish best practices for security, compliance, and disaster recovery in a rapidly evolving tech stack.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to modern architectures, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in system design patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Go, Rust, or Python) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.
