Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems targeted for deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- Design scalable, high-performance machine learning architectures capable of processing real-time quantum data streams.
- Lead a team of top-tier engineers in prototyping autonomous agents and advanced predictive models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Publish research papers and contribute to open-source communities to establish thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (5+ years of experience required).
- Proven track record of leading AI research or engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Rust or Go for high-performance systems.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and hardware-software co-design.
