Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI systems, specifically targeting the capabilities required by 2026.
- Pioneering Research: Lead internal research initiatives into emerging paradigms such as Quantum Neural Networks and Synthetic Data generation.
- Strategic Integration: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI capabilities with business objectives and market trends.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters designed for next-gen inference.
- Talent Cultivation: Build and mentor a world-class team of ML engineers and data scientists focused on future-proof solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large-scale distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee technological trends and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
