Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for 2026 and beyond, focusing on emerging trends like Quantum AI and Web 4.0.
- Lead a high-performance cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate abstract concepts into scalable products.
- Conduct in-depth research and proof-of-concept development for next-generation algorithms and hardware integration.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, R&D management, or a senior engineering role with a focus on innovation.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches in emerging tech sectors.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML paradigms, blockchain architectures, and quantum computing fundamentals.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly changing market.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
