Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors affecting technology adoption
- Author thought leadership content and industry white papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism domains
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
