Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the long-term technological strategy for AI integration, ensuring alignment with futuristic market trends and client needs.
- Quantum Readiness: Lead the integration of quantum computing principles into our existing software architecture, preparing systems for the post-silicon era.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish robust frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency to ensure responsible innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry benchmarks by identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Generative AI) and piloting their application.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
