Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of novel deep learning architectures for Project 2026.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers in a high-performance research environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI models into scalable production systems.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present at top-tier global conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Define technical roadmaps and research priorities aligned with long-term company goals.
- Optimize computational efficiency and model accuracy for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Stay at the forefront of AI trends and evaluate emerging technologies for feasibility.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI research and development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier academic venues.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing research teams.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI technologies.
