Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of next-generation neural networks and deep learning models.
- Drive research initiatives focused on scaling, efficiency, and safety for future AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and critical thinking.
- Publish high-impact papers and present findings at top-tier international conferences.
- Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 evolution of our core AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research, preferably within a top-tier tech company or research lab.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with a strong portfolio of open-source contributions.
- Proven track record of publishing in reputable venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or leading high-impact patent applications.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and distributed training systems.
