Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation deep learning models designed to meet the demands of the post-2026 era.
- Model Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize proprietary neural network architectures, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Technical Strategy: Translate theoretical research into practical, deployable solutions that integrate seamlessly into our production ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to bridge the gap between theoretical research and real-world application.
- Publish & Present: Contribute to the academic community by publishing papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and presenting our findings at industry events.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI research or a senior engineering role within a top-tier tech company or research institution.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, or multimodal learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle unsolved problems and innovate in areas where solutions do not currently exist.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
