Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI architectures.
- Design and implement novel algorithms to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research breakthroughs into production-ready products.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and publish findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI capabilities aligned with the company's 2026 vision.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and model fine-tuning.
- Proven track record of publishing at reputable AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
