Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead high-impact research projects in Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy state-of-the-art models to production.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and neural architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research or applied machine learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and generative AI models.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices.
