Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models tailored for the 2026 AGI roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of novel training methodologies and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Publish high-impact papers at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and open-source communities.
- Design scalable data pipelines for high-dimensional synthetic data generation.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research breakthroughs into practical, deployable applications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning research, specifically in NLP and LLMs.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and distributed training.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of solving complex, open-ended research problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
