Responsibilities
- Architect Cutting-Edge Models: Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures, focusing on scalability and efficiency for future deployment.
- Research & Development: Lead exploratory research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision, publishing findings in top-tier academic venues.
- Collaborative Engineering: Partner with our engineering team to translate research prototypes into production-ready APIs and software products.
- Data Strategy: Define data pipelines and training methodologies to optimize model performance and reduce inference costs.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of publishing research.
- Algorithmic Mastery: Strong understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and distributed systems.
- Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in AI research or a prominent academic research role.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
