Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures targeting General AI capabilities by 2026.
- Conduct rigorous research on multi-modal reasoning, reinforcement learning, and causal inference.
- Optimize model inference for latency and throughput in high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with the quantum computing division to integrate hybrid AI-quantum algorithms.
- Lead technical mentorship for junior researchers and contribute to open-source AI ecosystems.
- Establish benchmarks and evaluation metrics for autonomous agent performance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of industry experience in deep learning research or a comparable academic track record.
- Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or ACL).
- Deep understanding of Transformer models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and attention mechanisms.
- Strong proficiency in C++ for high-performance computing and optimization.
