Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Senior AI Research Architect to lead our engineering team in building the next generation of adaptive learning systems.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural vision for the 2026 product roadmap and core infrastructure.
- Lead a high-performing R&D team in developing proprietary neural network models.
- Define and enforce best practices for scalability, security, and performance across the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize existing systems to handle real-time, high-volume data streams.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research to identify emerging technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambition environment with a focus on innovation.
