Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and deploy robust, scalable hybrid quantum-classical systems capable of handling massive datasets in real-time.
- Algorithm Development: Lead the creation of novel algorithms that leverage quantum supremacy for optimization and machine learning tasks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and quantum engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with our 2026 vision.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to translate complex research into commercial applications.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Quantum Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qubits, Superposition, Entanglement) and experience with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Deep Learning architectures at scale.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
