Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance AI systems and quantum integration frameworks.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize algorithms for emerging quantum processors.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and governance within our model development lifecycle.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to decentralized, future-proof cloud architectures.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic data) to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in system architecture, with a focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning models (e.g., Transformers, GANs).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles, algorithms, and hardware constraints.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
