Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models to production environments.
- Lead the architectural strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct research on novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processing and training.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
