Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary Generative AI models tailored for enterprise-scale applications.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure low-latency performance in high-volume environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to define the 2026 AI roadmap, identifying emerging trends in multimodal AI and agentic workflows.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model bias mitigation, and ethical AI usage.
- Architect robust MLOps pipelines to facilitate continuous training and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and validation to improve model accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready models at scale.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
