Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy robust machine learning models in production environments using cloud-native infrastructure.
- Data Strategy: Lead data preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline optimization to ensure model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance and retrain systems to adapt to evolving data patterns and business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI engineering roles.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, with strong experience in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Cloud Skills: Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
