Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement complex machine learning models and deep neural networks to solve high-impact business problems.
- MLOps Optimization: Build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies (e.g., Transformers, Graph Neural Networks) and evaluating their feasibility for integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor model performance, optimize resource utilization, and implement A/B testing strategies to improve model accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
