Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for autonomous systems and enterprise applications.
- Lead the strategic definition of AI capabilities required to meet our aggressive 2026 roadmap objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI models into core ecosystems.
- Optimize neural networks and deep learning models for high-performance edge computing environments.
- Conduct research on emerging paradigms, including Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and quantum interfaces.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish rigorous best practices for MLOps and data governance.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI systems and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software development.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept through to production deployment.
