Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data streams and complex model deployments.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and milestones for integrating emerging technologies such as LLMs and edge computing into our core product suite.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead efforts to reduce inference costs and latency while maximizing model accuracy and robustness.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring novel algorithms and methodologies to solve unsolved problems in the AI space.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
