Responsibilities
- Design and implement proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise scalability and safety.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and deployment of autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning.
- Optimize model inference latency to support real-time applications in high-frequency trading and autonomous vehicles.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for AI deployment to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Drive technical vision and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
