Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and data pipelines for high-volume production environments.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to define the technical vision for 2026 product iterations.
- Conduct original research to explore new frontiers in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into feasible engineering solutions.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability and continuous deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and data engineering.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
