Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Machine Learning models, focusing on LLMs, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and ethical guidelines.
- Mentor a team of world-class engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and design teams to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences.
- Conduct rigorous testing and optimization to ensure system reliability and performance under high load.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI applications at scale.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI architectures and large language model fine-tuning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
