Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning with long-term strategic goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of processing complex, multi-modal data streams in real-time.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive product innovation.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge LLMs and neural architectures into our core platform.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring stability and security across all deployed systems.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system design, and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or advanced robotics.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
