Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for integrating Generative AI and autonomous agents into our platform by 2026.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable cloud-native architectures that are resilient against evolving cybersecurity threats and data privacy regulations.
- Pilot New Technologies: Research, prototype, and validate emerging tech stacks (e.g., Edge AI, Neuromorphic computing) to ensure Nexus Horizon remains a market leader.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for C-level executives and product teams.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring bias mitigation and transparency in all automated decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI strategy, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying market trends and translating them into successful product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
