Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and articulate the technical roadmap for AI integration leading up to 2026, identifying emerging trends in machine learning and automation.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and efficient AI architectures that can handle future scalability demands.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to align technical capabilities with commercial goals.
- Future-Proofing: Research and prototype new technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, advanced neural networks) to stay ahead of the competition.
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and implement CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for rapid deployment of AI models.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Certification: Relevant certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty) are a plus.
